Ordering & Shipping
1. When will my order be made?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in China. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
Orders are submitted between Monday and Friday excluding weekends and federal holidays. They will be processed at the warehouse within 3-5 business days from order date and begin shipping the day after.
2. What's the shipping time on my order?
Allow 12-28 business days for delivery in the United States, and 15-30 business days for international orders (depending on location).
3. Can you give a specific delivery date?
Unfortunately we are unable to give an ETA for delivery when international shipping is used. There are too many variables over which we have no control. Our aim is to find the best pricing we can and this often involves more than one distribution center.
4. Does SmartwarePro pay for customs charges?
Please note we are not responsible for any customs charges, duties, or VAT that may be incurred. Also note the following:
- Customs policies vary from country to country and frequently change.
- Customs charges are levied by each country's government.
- A good practice is to contact local customs authorities to confirm all potential charges prior to making an order.
- International orders refused by customers are non-refundable.
5. How do I track my order?
Go to www.smartwarepro.com. Click on "Track Orders" on the home page. Enter your BG order number and email address used on your order. Tracking code activation occurs anywhere from 5-10 days from order entry so it may not be activated/assigned yet!
While your order is passing through Order & Payment processing and in the international sorting facility, the status may seem confusing. From there it is dispatched to an air flight to the country of destination. It may not seem like it's moving but be assured they want to get it onto an air flight asap.
6. How do I cancel an order already shipped?
If your order is already shipped and in transit, you must return the item(s) to us when received in order to cancel and get a refund. We are unable to intercept an international shipment in transit. Our returns policy is at https://www.smartwarepro.com/pages/refund-policy.
